Bass Construction & Development provides soil stabilization services for residential, commercial, and equestrian projects throughout Ocala, Marion County, and North Central Florida. Our work includes lime and cement treatment, geotextile installation, soil replacement, fill placement, compaction, and grading to prepare ground for construction.

Grading & Drainage Improvements

We mix lime or cement into soil where specified for the project. Treatment, mixing, and compaction follow the applicable soil recommendations and construction requirements.

We install geotextile fabric beneath fill, aggregate, and access areas where specified. Installation includes preparing the surface and placing fabric around the project’s layout and requirements.

We place fill in controlled layers and compact it for building pads, access routes, and other site improvements. Material selection and placement follow the project specifications.

We excavate unsuitable material from planned construction areas and replace it with appropriate fill. The scope and depth of replacement follow site conditions and project requirements.

We shape grades and drainage paths around planned site improvements. Work can include swales, slope adjustments, and grading to direct surface runoff toward designated drainage areas.

We prepare subgrades and building pads through excavation, grading, and compaction. Work is coordinated around planned elevations, foundation layouts, and the next phase of construction.
